Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dispatcher - Sales and Customer Service Combo to join our team at Vert Environmental @ Fullerton. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for dispatching field technicians, managing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch field technicians to customer locations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
  • Manage customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support
  • Communicate effectively with clients, technicians, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and quality
  • Onboard and train new field employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Conduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve technician performance
  • Manage inventory, equipment, and vehicle maintenance, ensuring our team has the necessary resources to perform their duties
  • Collaborate with the Field Operations Manager to develop and implement field evaluations, ensuring our services meet the highest standards
  • Attend weekly meetings with the Field Operations Department, staying informed and contributing to team discussions
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in the environmental testing industry preferred
  • Current Cal OSHA/AHERA certification as a Certified Building Inspector, Certified Contract Supervisor, Certification as a Lead Sampling Technician, and Certification as a Site Surveillance Technician through the State of California
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Creative Suite
