Salary: $35 - $45 per hour

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced individual to administer the policies, processes, procedures, and activities of our two defined contribution and three defined benefit plans. As a Consulting Benefits & Retirement Plan Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. Developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive benefits and retirement plans in accordance with company objectives and legal requirements.

  1. Collaborating with various stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and Legal, to align benefits and retirement plans with overall company strategy.

  1. Providing expert advice and guidance to senior management on all matters related to benefits and retirement plans.

  1. Managing relationships with benefits and retirement plan vendors, brokers, and consultants to ensure the best possible service for our employees.

  1. Creating and delivering engaging and informative communication materials to educate employees about their benefits and retirement plans.


Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing retirement plans and assisting with benefits, preferably in the energy industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of retirement plan regulations, industry trends, and best practices.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.

  • Proficiency in using HRIS and benefits administration systems.
