We're seeking a skilled SAP FICO Implementation Specialist to join our client's team and contribute to the implementation and enhancement of their SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) modules.


Position Overview:

As an SAP FICO Implementation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the implementation, enhancement, and support of our SAP FICO modules.

This position requires in-depth knowledge of SAP FICO processes and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of financial systems with our business operations.
S/4 experience is ideal.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions.
Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business needs.
Provide day-to-day support for SAP FICO users, resolving issues and providing guidance.
Lead and participate in SAP FICO-related projects, including upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules and external systems.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP FICO functionalities.
Collaborate with the finance and IT teams to optimize financial processes and reporting.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP FICO processes and configurations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an SAP FICO Implementation Specialist, with a strong understanding of financial processes.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 is required.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
