COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Salary expectations range from $84,600 to $94,000, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonuses and a 401(k) plan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Constellation is in search of a skilled professional with a proven track record to join our Retail Operations team as a Senior Analyst. This role serves as the primary contact for escalations and facilitates cross-departmental communication throughout the organization. The Senior Analyst will oversee daily workflow activities for the functional team and deliver quality performance reports on targeted objectives. This position will also provide guidance and feedback to team members while promoting collaboration across the functional team. Additionally, the Senior Analyst will manage process enhancement initiatives and lead educational sessions for cross-functional teams, as well as training for designated workflow areas.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Team Leadership and Development: Provide guidance and constructive feedback to team members, fostering a collaborative environment. Monitor daily workflow to ensure high-quality, timely work that aligns with operational goals. Communicate the team's progress, status, and challenges to management. Strategically identify the need for system or process adjustments and reallocate workloads based on evolving business demands.
  • Customer Experience Excellence: Oversee one or more functions within the order-to-cash process, ensuring competitive pricing and accurate billing while minimizing risks. Manage customer enrollments with utilities, process contracts for compliance, and ensure timely customer payments.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Review and relay issues to team members, leads, management, and stakeholders, emphasizing customer information. Encourage collaboration among team members to ensure seamless customer support and knowledge sharing.
  • Process Improvement and Innovation: Challenge existing processes to automate and enhance workflows, focusing on sustainable solutions. Collaborate with project teams and IT to deliver key outcomes and develop business requirements based on changing needs.
  • Problem Solving and Resolution: Utilize independent judgment and analytical skills to investigate discrepancies in workflows. Evaluate alternatives and select appropriate actions to resolve customer issues.
  • Policy and Compliance Adherence: Maintain a thorough understanding of business, contractual, regulatory, and market policies, ensuring that workflow processes are compliant.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; or 6+ years of a combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data independently and navigate complex scenarios to propose solutions.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing a demanding workload.
  • Adaptability to changing markets, systems, and processes.
  • Experience in the retail energy sector or regulated energy industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM and/or order-to-cash workflow systems.
  • Advanced technical skills in SQL and business applications are a plus.
