We are currently seeking a Retail Operations Supervisor.

The Retail Operations Supervisor works closely with the Store Manager and plays a vital role in ensuring the store operates efficiently and profitably, adhering to company policies and procedures.

This position involves supporting the Store Manager in supervising staff and taking charge of the overall store operations in their absence. The Supervisor leads by example, delivering outstanding customer service and showcasing effective sales techniques to enhance sales and improve the customer experience.

The Retail Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the Groupe Dynamite brand image and visual merchandising standards are clearly understood and maintained by the team.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Minimum of 1 year of retail experience

• At least 1 year of management experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strongly goal-oriented

• Energetic and motivated

• Team-oriented

• Customer-focused

• Excellent communication and coaching abilities

• Capable of organizing, prioritizing, delegating, and following up

• Proficient in problem-solving

• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
