Level 1 Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Level 1 Helpdesk Associate to join our team at Insight Global. As a Level 1 Helpdesk Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and working closely with our team to resolve complex technical problems.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in Office 365
- Work with GPO and AD Groups to ensure secure access control
- Support dial-in conference rooms to connect virtual users
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
- 2+ years of experience as a Level 1 Helpdesk Associate
- Experience working through Windows 11 migration
- Experience using ticketing systems to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Access control experience with GPO or AD Groups
- Experience using MS Teams and other collaboration platforms
