Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 desktop support to ensure seamless IT operations.
  • Utilize excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of desktop operating systems and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement effective Helpdesk tools and processes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of desktop operating systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Helpdesk tools and processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with LAN networking, client-side mail systems, and industry-standard applications.
  • Knowledge of audio-visual devices and setup, support, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in managing VIP clients and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Printer support and troubleshooting experience.
