- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure staff adherence.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency.
- Coordinate with other department managers to ensure operations align with strategic goals.
- Monitor and report on operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management within the engineering industry.
