JOB DESCRIPTION:

ANSER is in search of a Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (C-WMD) Analyst to provide support for initiatives at the Pentagon.

This role involves conducting policy-related analysis and support for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) Policy. Responsibilities include aiding in the formulation, coordination, and management of regional or cross-cutting plans, policies, strategies, and international agreements aimed at mitigating the threat posed by the proliferation of WMD-related materials and their delivery systems.

Qualifications:


• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (5 years preferred) in evaluating threat intelligence; executing initiatives, and navigating political-military considerations across various geographic areas; and producing strategic guidance documents related to threat reduction.


• A Master's degree in a recognized social science or a scientific, technical, management, or related field that supports the C-WMD mission, such as microbiology, chemistry, foreign affairs, political science, or international relations.


• TS (SCI eligible) security clearance is mandatory.
