Position Overview:
ANSER is currently in search of a Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (C-WMD) Analyst to provide support for various programs.
Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will engage in policy-related analysis and support for the OUSD Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) Policy. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the formulation, coordination, and management of regional or cross-cutting plans, policies, strategies, and international agreements aimed at mitigating the threats posed by the proliferation and disposal of WMD-related materials and delivery systems.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (5 years preferred) in assessing threat reporting, implementing initiatives, and navigating political-military dynamics across various geographic regions, along with producing strategic guidance documents related to threat reduction.
- A Master's degree in a recognized social science or scientific, technical, management, or related field that supports the C-WMD mission, such as microbiology, chemistry, foreign affairs, political science, or international relations.
- Possession of a TS (SCI eligible) clearance is mandatory.
