HVACR Field Operations Supervisor

-Reports directly to the Installation Manager

L.C. Anderson, Inc., a distinguished name in commercial HVAC/R systems and services, is in search of a motivated and experienced HVACR Field Operations Supervisor. In this capacity, you will manage the field operations for designated projects, acting as the primary liaison with the end user, LCA Account Manager, and/or Project Manager to ensure seamless execution, oversee labor, subcontractors, equipment/materials, and guarantee timely project completion that meets or surpasses client expectations.

COMPENSATION: $90,000-$120,000 base salary commensurate with experience plus performance incentives

WORK HOURS: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee assigned field projects from initiation to completion
  • Conduct site walkthroughs for each project with the sales representative
  • Maintain active engagement in project progress and resolution of issues
  • Serve as the primary customer contact from sale through to completion
  • Manage inventory ordering and equipment tracking
  • Coordinate project scheduling and updates with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with installation teams to improve efficiency and performance
  • Facilitate post-project evaluations for process improvement
  • Identify and implement labor-saving strategies
  • Monitor and report on project performance for future enhancements
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement
  • Ensure professional conduct and timely project delivery
  • Assist in workforce planning and scheduling
  • Work with other departments to ensure project completion

Essential Technical Skills:

Requires a thorough understanding of HVACR systems and the ability to interpret design schematics.

EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of experience supervising installation teams for commercial HVACR contractors.
