Key Responsibilities
As a Room Attendant, you will be tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, while also addressing guest requests to uphold our commitment to exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning assigned guest rooms, which includes making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, and vacuuming.
- Changing and restocking bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as required.
- Performing deep cleaning tasks when necessary to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Managing and organizing the housekeeping supply cart daily.
- Disposing of waste and recyclables appropriately.
- Responding promptly and courteously to special guest requests.
- Providing turn-down service for guests as needed.
