Client Support Liaison

At Onbe, we're seeking a highly skilled Client Support Liaison to join our team. As a Client Support Liaison, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our client programs. You will work closely with our Client Support Management team to develop positive relationships with clients and become a product expert, trusted advisor, and problem solver.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure first-order health for new clients and programs.
  • Analyze key reports, metrics, and data to promote program success.
  • Act as a product expert and advocate for the client and Onbe.
  • Collaborate with Client Support Managers to prepare for Business Reviews and client meetings.
  • Provide client knowledge to advise quarterly client budgeting exercises and reviews numbers monthly for variances to actual analysis.
  • Work on internal development projects as assigned and proactively create from identified business needs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience working in a client support and/or operations role with direct client interaction.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel for company and client-related meetings.
