Patient Support Liaison

Responsibilities:
- Engage with patients through active listening, empathy, and a positive attitude to understand their needs and preferences.
- Act as a liaison between patients and their healthcare providers, facilitating communication and ensuring seamless care coordination.
- Utilize computer-based information systems to record patient information, schedule appointments, and request medication refills.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a high-volume customer service industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic math skills, and previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
