Sales Professional

At Interfuse Staffing, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs and establishing our company's product as the best solution to address those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present solution demos to customers
- Provide exceptional leadership through trial, implementation, and ongoing customer success
- Participate in product, sales, and procedural training and certification to maintain knowledge and expertise
- Meet quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management
- Respond effectively to Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in price negotiation and closing deals
- Knowledge of related applications, relational databases, and web technology
- Ability to work collaboratively to solve technical problems in diverse environments
- Maintain a solid understanding of competition in product, technology, applications, sales, and strategies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective oral, written, and presentation communication skills to interact with executives
- Business analysis skills to determine project goals from stakeholder interests
- Ability to plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones
- Ability to travel domestically 50%
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role: sales, sales engineer, consulting, product management/marketing, training
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering with extracurricular activities and membership in organizations that provide experience giving presentations to groups
