Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Comprehensive Life Resources in Tacoma, WA.

The estimated salary for this position is $21.42 - $27.12 per hour, depending on experience.

As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will provide critical support to our clinical team, including administering and monitoring psychotropic medications under the supervision of a licensed registered nurse, gathering medical history information and vital signs, and supporting licensed nursing and medical staff with medication management.

You will also be responsible for coordinating ordering and reporting of labs and lab results to prescribers, ensuring that ethical and professional standards of practice are maintained, and providing psychoeducation groups related to healthcare and medication to consumers.

To be successful in this role, you must have completion of an accredited medical assistant program, WA State certification and or registration for credentialing RCW 18.360.050. You should also possess strong analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills, as well as the ability to multi-task, prioritize deadlines, work independently, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality.
