Physiotherapy Clinic Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Physiotherapy Clinic Support Specialist to join our team at Olympic Sports & Spine in Tacoma.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clinic personnel with back-office and front-office support tasks, including filing, scanning, answering phones, and preparing patient areas.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing daily cleaning tasks, prioritizing the waiting area and restrooms after every 40-minute interval.
- Work closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, therapy assistants, and patient service representatives under close supervision.
This is an entry-level, non-treating position requiring minimal supervision. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Working Schedule and BenefitsThe selected candidate will work 24 hours per week, Tuesday through Thursday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. The schedule may vary based on clinic needs and candidate availability. Part-time pro-rated benefits include medical, sick, vacation, holidays, and more.
