Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Support Specialist to join our Adapted Dialectical Behavior Therapy (A-DBT) team. The successful candidate will work with individuals with developmental disabilities and comorbid mental health conditions, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead 1:1 and group therapy sessions for up to 10 clients, utilizing principles of Positive Behavior Support to promote positive outcomes.
  • Plan and attend social events in the community to enhance clients' quality of life.
  • Provide training and support to direct care staff and operations team members.
  • Work directly with in-home staff to provide crisis management support as needed.
  • Write reports and case notes using electronic documentation systems.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with individuals with mental health diagnoses is required.
  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with ability to use personal vehicle on the job.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive.
