Program OverviewOur program is designed to help you develop your skills through our mentoring program, focusing on developing the best client base, earning the most money, and learning the essentials of effective agency operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop your skills as an inside sales producer while learning Agency and Carrier guidelines
- Effective networking and sales cycle development, including fact-finding information
- Organic new business growth through networking and learning about growth models
We provide our agents with a base salary, a book of business to start with, commissions for production, bonuses for hitting goals, benefits including a retirement plan and health insurance, a marketing budget monthly, leads, ongoing classes to enhance professional development and certifications, and a dynamic team-oriented office environment.
Requirements- Ideal candidates have a Property, Casualty, and Life license, but not required for the right candidates
- Participate and take leadership roles in targeted civic and professional associations
- Community involvement and accountability to commitments
$65,000 to $85,000 per year
