About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Marshalls. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations and Loss Prevention: Adhere to operational standards, including cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive store culture.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to accurately handle cash, process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
