Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Meet or exceed sales targets and provide exceptional customer service to guests, including answering product questions, making recommendations, and processing transactions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and fragrances.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including merchandising and maintaining displays, and ensuring that all products are properly stocked and faced.
- Operations: Participate in inventory management, including processing shipments and conducting physical inventory counts.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous sales experience in a retail environment, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for the beauty industry.
- Competitive Pay: $30.00 per hour.
