Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project tracking and reporting on communications campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and planning.
  • Develop and maintain customer lists for transition communications, ensuring accuracy and validity.
  • Utilize call reporting dashboards to generate monthly reports for the Marketing Analyst, providing valuable insights for ROI data studio reports.
  • Coordinate local lead generation activities, analyzing performance with the brand transition team.
  • Review vendor spend against invoices, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Coordinate customer-facing branch transition branding, including uniforms and truck wraps.
  • Research and vet new marketing vendors, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Marketing, with a strong background in brand management and marketing communications.
  • Experience in decentralized, route-based service industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite of software tools.
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills, with a creative background in editing, writing, direct mail, and email.
