We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our team at Regency Prineville Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities, medication administration, and treatments while promoting independence and self-care.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality care and adherence to infection control procedures.
- Review and update resident care documentation to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Evaluate health emergencies and provide medical measures as per RN scope of practice and state regulations.
- Support a home-like environment that promotes dignity, privacy, and individuality for residents.
- Possess a current LPN or RN license in good standing.
- Typical candidates have 1 year of providing supervision in healthcare; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
