Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team. As a Family Medicine Specialist, you will provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting, examining, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with established clinic protocols
- Effectively utilize a team-based care model, leveraging the expertise of multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and complete documentation in a timely manner
- Develop and implement care plans that address social determinants of health and promote health equity
- Experience working with low-income populations preferred
- Ability to work with practice management software and maintain accurate records
- Knowledge of health insurance plans and regulatory requirements (CLIA and OSHA standards)
- Ability to train and teach staff
