Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our team at Regency Prineville Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, medication administration, and other care needs while promoting independence and self-care.
  • Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent care and adherence to state regulations.
  • Review and update resident care documentation, and communicate effectively with the director of nursing.
  • Evaluate health emergencies and provide medical measures as per RN scope of practice and state regulations.
  • Support a dignified and respectful environment for residents, promoting their autonomy and individuality.
Requirements
  • Possess a current LPN or RN license in good standing.
  • Typical candidates have 1 year of experience in healthcare supervision.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
