Assistant Director, Athletics Stewardship and Donor Engagement

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant/Associate Director, Athletics Stewardship and Donor Engagement. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing stewardship strategies and activities to recognize and engage with athletics donors, including communications, strategic initiatives, donor acknowledgments, athletics giving societies, and impact reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement stewardship plans for athletics donors, including experiences and events
- Work closely with the Sr. Associate Director, Stewardship & Donor Engagement to create comprehensive impact reports for an annual impact reporting cycle
- Collaborate with the Sr. Associate AD for Development and other Advancement partners to conceptualize and administer donor relations activities
- Build and sustain stewarding information and services to help advance the fundraising work of the organization
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of experience for the first-level Assistant Director, three years professional experience for the second-level Assistant Director, and five years professional experience for the associate director
- Event planning, stewardship, or fundraising experience is required, preferably in a college Athletics setting or equivalent experience in other non-profit or for-profit environments
- Strong project management skills and ability to follow through on plans and timelines
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and perform multiple duties with minimal supervision
Boston College offers a competitive salary range of $57,800-$72,250, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including tuition remission for employees and their families, generous medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 403(b) retirement plan.
