Job Title: Time and Attendance Integration Support Manager

At Cypress HCM, we are seeking a highly skilled Time and Attendance Integration Support Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing timelines, resources, expectations, and milestones associated with the business requirements of time and attendance, 401K, and time clock converters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage timelines, resources, expectations, and milestones for Time & Attendance, 401K, and Time Clock Converters for clients.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, addressing priorities and issues as they arise.
  • Analyze and streamline existing systems and processes, recommending improvements.
  • Collaborate with clients and third-party administrators to gather setup/configuration details and offer consulting advice.
  • Guide clients to optimal solutions based on business needs.
  • Offer support via phone or email for the iSolved HCM platform, resolving technical issues swiftly.
  • Maintain spreadsheets for setup and conversion tracking.
  • Partner with Systems Analysts to document and test business requirements for 401K and time converters.
  • Assist the sales team with system demos or inquiries as needed.
  • Identify and document service requests and system issues in HubSpot.
  • Conduct UATs, parallels, and deliver solutions by troubleshooting and guiding users.
  • Lead a team to maintain high customer support standards and manage schedules for client support.
  • Ensure adherence to procedures and facilitate resolution of high-severity issues.
  • Provide team training, coaching, and mentoring while monitoring performance.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Stay current on relevant payroll, benefits, and tax laws.
  • Document and drive procedural changes across teams.
  • Occasionally work off-hours to meet business needs.
  • Handle feedback constructively and work under goal-based management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in HCM support (preferred).
  • 2+ years of management experience.
  • 3-5 years of payroll/timekeeping interface experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-performing team, strategize, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with file format conversions (CSV, PDF, XLS).
  • Ability to think creatively, work independently, and collaborate with a team.
