As a Marketing Manager for Engineered Polymers, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing plans that support strategic business initiatives.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive market awareness, engagement, and business growth for the Engineered Polymers segment.
  • Manage projects from concept to completion, acting as the central point of contact for marketing initiatives.
  • Support the North America business and key global segments, working closely with colleagues globally in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, identifying marketing optimization opportunities.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing performance against goals, costs per outcome, and insights that can be applied to future programming.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent from an accredited university.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing communications and project management in a B2B or B2B2C environment.
  • Experience building and executing traditional and digital marcom plans that drive business results.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with internal and external stakeholders and building outstanding customer relationships.
  • Strong writing skills across communications media, including ability to translate technical content into marketing messaging.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and trends, including SEO and the ability to develop and influence new marketing concepts and techniques.
