At Purple Drive, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Process Design: Develop and implement new or redesigned processes that align with organizational goals and optimize performance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels to gain consensus and support for process changes.
  • BPM Tool Expertise: Utilize business process management tools to model, document, and automate processes.
  • Six Sigma Methodology: Apply Six Sigma principles and tools to drive continuous process improvement and reduce defects.
  • Change Management: Lead change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, measure process performance, and assess the impact of process improvements.
  • Project Management: Manage process improvement projects from initiation to closure, including planning, monitoring, and control.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Process Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Proven expertise in process analysis, design, and improvement methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Six Sigma principles and tools (e.g., DMAIC, DFSS).
  • Proficiency in BPM tools (e.g., BPMN, BPMN 2.0).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Project management experience, including Agile and traditional methodologies.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
