- Collaborate with the Resident Experience Director to develop and implement a comprehensive activity calendar that meets state requirements and resident life profiles.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff, ensuring a positive and respectful experience.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including social histories and life profiles, to ensure seamless communication and care.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in resident-centered care.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of experience in a social or recreational program in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on resident-centered care.
- Valid state driver's license and ability to pass a criminal background check.
