  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including social histories and life profiles, to ensure seamless communication and care.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in resident-centered care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of experience in a social or recreational program in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on resident-centered care.
  • Valid state driver's license and ability to pass a criminal background check.
