Vice President of Global Marketing

Position Overview: The Vice President of Global Marketing will spearhead comprehensive marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing member engagement and driving growth through innovative digital strategies and artificial intelligence integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the global marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and vision.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that leverage AI and digital tools to analyze member data, forecast trends, and personalize interactions.
- Oversee the execution of public relations and communication strategies to maintain consistent messaging and brand integrity across all platforms.
- Drive the creation of innovative go-to-market strategies that effectively introduce products and services to diverse audiences.
- Utilize an omnichannel approach to strengthen brand presence and engage members through digital platforms.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the marketing team, emphasizing data-driven decision-making and agility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are integrated with broader organizational goals.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and maximizing return on investment.
- Identify and manage relationships with third-party vendors to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance to the Marketing Research & Analytics team to derive actionable insights from member segmentation and campaign performance.
- Champion Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives within marketing efforts.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 15 years of marketing experience in the financial services sector, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
- Advanced degree (MBA preferred) with expertise in AI and digital marketing technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong background in media relations and crisis management.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that resonate with a global audience.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in guiding teams to achieve strategic objectives.
