  • Drive the creation of innovative go-to-market strategies that effectively introduce products and services to diverse audiences.
  • Utilize an omnichannel approach to strengthen brand presence and engage members through digital platforms.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the marketing team, emphasizing data-driven decision-making and agility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are integrated with broader organizational goals.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with financial objectives and maximizing return on investment.
  • Identify and manage relationships with third-party vendors to enhance service delivery.
  • Provide guidance to the Marketing Research & Analytics team to derive actionable insights from member segmentation and campaign performance.
  • Champion Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives within marketing efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 15 years of marketing experience in the financial services sector, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Advanced degree (MBA preferred) with expertise in AI and digital marketing technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong background in media relations and crisis management.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that resonate with a global audience.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in guiding teams to achieve strategic objectives.
