About the Role: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full scope of human resources processes within the Talent Management Unit. This includes recruiting, developing, motivating, and retaining a high-performing workforce for the state. You will oversee all talent management initiatives and provide guidance on human resources services.

- Recruit and onboard new employees to meet the needs of the agency
- Coordinate all phases of the individual recruitment process, including onboarding and orientation
- Ensure the creation and processing of all personnel actions for agency employees
- Assist with benefits and leave inquiries, and complete required reports
What We Offer: A competitive salary of $62,500 - 80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
