Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to join our Leveraged Debt Capital Markets (LDCM) team. As a key member of our transaction coordination group, you will play a critical role in supporting the loan closing process and managing our loan pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate the loan closing process amongst counsel, borrower, LDCM, coverage, credit/market risk, finance, KYC, anti-money laundering, and loan operations
* Serve as a central point of contact for external clients, receiving and posting financials to agency sites and coordinators
* Proactively identify upcoming client needs and maintain a high level of due diligence for clients
* Maintain active deal pipelines, capital projections, and portfolio metrics

Requirements:

* Knowledge of KYC/AFC requirements and banking principles
* Familiarity with financial accounting and loan mechanics
* Numerate and analytical with a high attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
