Job Summary

Moline Investment Management LLC is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our residential rental community in Little Rock, Arkansas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair work, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A valid driver's license is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair work on residential properties, including minor repairs, plumbing, and electrical work.
  • Handle emergency maintenance requests and respond promptly to ensure minimal disruption to residents.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address potential maintenance issues.
  • Install and repair appliances, fixtures, and equipment as needed.
  • Perform basic grounds keeping and cleaning tasks to maintain the appearance and safety of our properties.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or construction-related field.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make sound judgments in emergency situations.
  • Strong knowledge of hand and electrical tools, as well as basic plumbing and carpentry skills.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and perform physically demanding tasks as required by the job.
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship is essential.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
