Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at PSSI. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and instrument maintenance, including corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance on equipment per a work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Repair equipment as needed, including pumps, agitators, mechanical seals, instruments, and other equipment.

Perform work per documented repair and safety procedures for critical equipment, such as pumps, agitators, compressors, flow meters, and pressure transmitters.

Provide input for needed procedure updates and perform preventive maintenance tasks per Preventive Maintenance program requirements.

Complete weekly planned work schedule and escort and work with maintenance contractors, including HVACR, Fork Truck, elevator, and other specialized contractors.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older and have experience in a multi-trade industrial maintenance position, including electrical, mechanical, process instrumentation, general maintenance, plumbing, and carpentry.

Must have experience with preventative maintenance programs and the ability to troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis.

Must be able to read drawings, schematic diagrams, and instruction manuals and have knowledge of Ohm's Law, NEC codes, HART Protocol, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), and high voltage electrical experience.
