We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our production team and drive operational excellence. This role is responsible for supervising daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining productivity levels.
  • Monitor and adjust production schedules to meet fluctuating demands and optimize resource allocation.
  • Lead, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality departments to address and resolve production issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and principles of CNC machining.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and metrics and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems.
