Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
- Coordinate logistics for onboarding, new hire orientations, and other HR-related activities.
- Conduct background checks, track renewals, and ensure required documents are completed accurately.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in HR or a related field (bachelor's degree preferred).
- Two or more years' experience as an HR Assistant or related position.
- Strong knowledge of computer applications, HR-specific software programs, and best practices.
