As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in developing a team of dedicated employees who deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive profitable sales.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing employees to maintain agreed-upon staffing levels and ensure excellent guest service.
- Communicate job expectations to employees and ensure all training is completed according to company guidelines.
- Hold team members accountable for their behavior and performance, addressing concerns promptly and maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
- Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant, ensuring brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed.
- Help prepare and complete action plans to drive system improvements, control costs, and maximize profitability.
- Adhere to security and cash handling procedures, demonstrate competency in weekly inventory process and analysis, and execute new product roll-outs.
- Drive sales goals and track results, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to count money and make change.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs and stand for 6+ hours at a time.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and fluent in English.
