Property Manager Job Summary

Panco Operations is seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential properties. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage the onsite team and ensure the financial success of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the property and lead the onsite team to achieve leasing, marketing, and operational targets.
  • Guide the maintenance team to ensure effective problem-solving and strong resident relationships.
  • Oversee financial success through collections, onsite accounting, and operating expense control.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and partners to maximize quality of service to residents.
  • Monitor and evaluate market trends to inform property performance.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of leadership experience in property management.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-family financial processes, including budgeting and financial statements.
  • Experience with digital platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite and industry-related software.
  • Knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal legislation and regulations.
