Descripción del Trabajo del Especialista en Soporte al Cliente
Nuestra empresa, un destacado proveedor de seguros para clientes de alto patrimonio, está buscando varios individuos para unirse a su equipo como Especialistas en Servicios a Brokers. El equipo de Servicios a Brokers es un equipo sin ventas que se esfuerza por ofrecer un servicio excepcional a los socios brokers independientes y a los suscriptores, estableciendo el estándar de excelencia en el servicio y un rendimiento individual excepcional para el equipo. El trabajo es de alto volumen, abarcando desde ayudar a los brokers a producir cotizaciones atractivas hasta evaluar y ejecutar endosos.

Como Especialista en Soporte al Cliente, serás responsable de:

  • Proporcionar un servicio inigualable que impulse el crecimiento de nuestros clientes.
  • Construir relaciones tanto internamente como con nuestros socios brokers que mejoren su capacidad para ofrecer una experiencia de servicio eficiente para los miembros y brokers.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de suscripción y otros equipos dentro de la organización.
  • Revisar solicitudes de cotizaciones que lleguen a través de la plataforma de la empresa.
  • Realizar seguimientos con los brokers para obtener información adicional y brindar un excelente servicio a los socios brokers.
  • Recibir solicitudes de cotizaciones, revisar toda la información e ingresar todos los datos apropiados en el sistema de cotización.
  • Registrar todos los datos de clientes y cotizaciones en la base de datos interna.
  • Producir cotizaciones atractivas a través de diversos canales y promover los diferenciadores de la empresa para impulsar la adquisición de miembros.
  • Prestar atención meticulosa a los detalles y proporcionar niveles excepcionales de servicio a los brokers es fundamental.
  • Aprovechar la experiencia y el conocimiento de la empresa para gestionar el proceso de endoso de manera rápida y precisa.
  • Comunicarte con los brokers a través de correo electrónico diariamente.
