Job Description

The Software Beta Program team at Apple is seeking a talented Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality software releases. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with engineering teams, project management staff, and quality organizations to ensure seamless collaboration and effective issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

This role requires a unique blend of technical and business acumen, with a focus on:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement software release plans.
  • Collaborating with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and prioritizing issues to drive product improvements.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external customers, internal stakeholders, and engineering teams.
  • Managing and reporting on project metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 4+ years of experience in project management with a focus on software development.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Benefits

Apple offers a competitive salary range of $129,600 to $236,300 per year, depending on your skills and experience. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, and educational reimbursement. You may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
