About the Job

As an Architectural Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project inception through construction administration phases. Your duties will include developing project design schedules, estimating staffing requirements, and monitoring staff workloads. You will also manage projects of varying sizes and complexity, providing guidance and leadership to junior team members.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of architectural planning and design processes, construction documentation, and code requirements. Proficiency in Revit is essential, and experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp Modeling, MS Office, and MS Project is highly valued. Effective communication and organizational skills are also crucial in this position.

Requirements
  • A professional architectural license
  • 5-8 years of post-education experience in design/project management
  • Familiarity with design-build project delivery methods, particularly for the DoD
  • Leadership experience, including managing client expectations and multi-disciplinary teams
