This is a full-time position for an IT Project Manager at ACL Digital, with a salary of $95,000 - $120,000 per year.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead our project teams and ensure successful project delivery. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines, budget, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and project management tools such as Jira and Trello is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, including schedule, resource forecasting, stakeholder identification, method, and frequency of communication, scope, and prioritization.
  • Create and promote project vision and objectives within project teams, ensuring project/program objectives are met, presenting project vision to management, and gaining buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Identify resources to ensure alignment of team member skills and strengths with project demands, create project teams, secure resources, schedules task assignments for medium- to large-sized projects/programs by following project management best practices, and recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management, with a strong background in Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and project management tools.
  • Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of business acumen, industry research, and strategic thinking.
