Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our insurance division, you will be responsible for managing commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input policy updates and account information into our systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients, producers, and carrier underwriters to resolve policy and coverage-related questions and issues.
- Lead the marketing and quoting process for new business and account renewals, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage and compile information regarding account renewals, ensuring timely and accurate communication with agency clients and carrier representatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency clients and carrier representatives, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
- Property & Casualty Insurance license required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in independent agency or retail broker settings.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage and rating.
- Experience working with various carriers and their underwriters.
- Proficiency in online rating software and insurance carrier online systems.
- Applied TAM, EPIC, or AMS360 software experience.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
