Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our insurance division, you will be responsible for managing commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input policy updates and account information into our systems.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, producers, and carrier underwriters to resolve policy and coverage-related questions and issues.
  • Lead the marketing and quoting process for new business and account renewals, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and compile information regarding account renewals, ensuring timely and accurate communication with agency clients and carrier representatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency clients and carrier representatives, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • Property & Casualty Insurance license required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in independent agency or retail broker settings.
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial lines coverage and rating.
  • Experience working with various carriers and their underwriters.
  • Proficiency in online rating software and insurance carrier online systems.
  • Applied TAM, EPIC, or AMS360 software experience.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
