As a Technical Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising, training, and coaching expert technicians. You will also stand in as store manager when needed, maintaining service-level agreements on turnaround time (TAT) for repairs.

You will ensure all work orders (WOs) are addressed by end of day (EOD), oversee buybacks and return material authorizations (RMAs), manage the back of house (BOH), and order inventory. Additionally, you will ensure PPE supplies are ordered and utilized, and safety standards are met.

This role requires 1+ years of customer service/retail sales experience, 6+ months of smartphone repair experience or equivalent, and 1+ years of retail supervisory experience or equivalent. You should have high school diploma or GED, inventory supervisory experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel.

The estimated salary for this position is $20.90 per hour, plus uncapped sales & repair incentive potential. With an average incentive potential of $672/month and top incentive potential of $1,300/month, based on performance.
