Technical Facilities Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team at Round One Entertainment Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our bowling centers and arcades, including maintenance, repairs, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Repair: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: A two-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
- Certifications: Possess certifications in OSHA safety practices and procedures.
