Key Responsibilities:
The Customer Experience Specialist is essential in delivering comprehensive support for all customer service operations within the organization, addressing both pre-sale and post-sale inquiries. This role demands a blend of talents, including outstanding interpersonal skills, effective written and verbal communication, strong problem-solving capabilities, and analytical thinking.
Reporting Structure: Chief Revenue Officer
Compensation: $17.56 - $23.23 per hour, based on experience
Core Duties:
- Lead the handling of incoming phone inquiries and walk-in customers
- Manage customer emails and online chat interactions
- Oversee customer flow in the office
- Conduct follow-ups with customers post-purchase
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally
- Maintain sales pipelines, leads, and warranty management
- Provide administrative assistance to the Sales Team as needed
- Research and identify online sales leads
- Input Google and Facebook leads into the CRM system
- Assist in managing CRM functions, reporting, templates, and automation as requested by management
- Oversee the customer gifting program
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong phone communication skills and active listening abilities
- Demonstrated experience in customer support or client service roles
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to various personalities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to extend responsibilities beyond the sales department for the company's overall benefit
All job functions are to be performed at the Corporate Office; this position is not remote.
Experience and Knowledge:
- A minimum of five years in customer service is required
- Experience with NetSuite CRM is preferred
- Familiarity with LED lighting and solar energy is advantageous
