Studio Coordinator Job Description

At Waxing the City of Omaha Midtown, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Studio Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our clients, ensuring their experience is exceptional from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in clients, providing a personalized experience
  • Assist with client inquiries, educate clients about our services and products, and promote our membership program
  • Manage the studio schedule, providing creative solutions to problems and maximizing the client experience
  • Reschedule clients as needed and participate in community outreach events
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer experience skills
  • Effective communication skills, including initiating and managing client conversations
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a salon or beauty environment or retail sales
