About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Human Resources to join our team at McPherson College. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive human resources strategy that supports the college's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement human resources strategies that align with the college's overall strategic direction
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on human resources-related issues
  • Manage and administer employee relations, benefits, and compensation programs
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Collaborate with operational departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
