Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective EH&S programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to management and employees on EH&S matters, including chemical safety, sustainable practices, and injury/illness prevention.
  • Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement EH&S training programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on the company.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental and/or Health & Safety fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in EH&S, with a strong understanding of regulations, legal ramifications, and available resources.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills, with the ability to influence and motivate peers.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
