Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective EH&S programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to management and employees on EH&S matters, including chemical safety, sustainable practices, and injury/illness prevention.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement EH&S training programs.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on the company.
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental and/or Health & Safety fields.
- 5+ years of experience in EH&S, with a strong understanding of regulations, legal ramifications, and available resources.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills, with the ability to influence and motivate peers.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
